Meet Dave, the man behind the design—

Dave is a lifelong resident of Northeast PA. He has spent his entire adult life in the building industry, as a carpenter and eventually owner of a Home Building business. For over three decades, he has resided with his wife, Tina three miles north of Honesdale where his shop/office is also located.

Woodworks:
As Dave began stepping away from the building business, at the request of his wife Tina and her partner Carol of Rustic Charm Vintage Rentals, he began building tables and other furniture in his shop. He has built tables, bars, barn doors, entertainment centers and more. As he discovered how much he enjoyed these projects, he decided to make it a major focus of his business life.

Drafting and Design:
Dave draws on over four decades of experience and knowledge gained in the building business to create residential, code compliant building plans. He will help you take your new home vision and put it on paper. Drawings that you may not only obtain building permits from, but certainly build from.
